All Aboard! We've "engineered" an incredibly scenic package that allows you to "conduct" the perfect Colorado getaway with four fabulous nights, three historic train rides and unlimited Colorado scenery!

Day One:
Awaiting your arrival in the southwestern suite of your choice is a beautiful bouquet of seasonal flowers (or) a dozen roses along with a unique outdoor adventure basket to enjoy on one of the many scenic excursions that await you. This basket comes with assorted gourmet goodies such as decadent chocolates, cheese and specialty crackers, assorted snacks and sparkling cider along with a unique picnic tote and blanket that are yours to keep.
Day Two:
Begin your day with a full gourmet breakfast at the inn featuring southwestern and traditional cuisine. Next on your itinerary a spectacular excursion on the Pikes Peak Cog Railway awaits, the world's highest Cog Wheel Route ascending 9 miles to the 14,115 foot summit of Pikes Peak, "America's Mountain", inspiration for the song "America the Beautiful".
Following your adventure to the summit of Pikes Peak a relaxing hour long couples massage awaits you at a nearby massage therapy studio.
Day Three:
Following another memorable breakfast, enjoy what is considered to be one of the most scenic train rides in the world, the historic Royal Gorge Route Railroad. This breathtaking journey travels 24 miles through the 1,000 foot deep Royal Gorge alongside the whitewater rapids of the Arkansas River. During your trip, you'll have the opportunity to observe bald eagles, rocky mountain bighorn sheep, mule deer and native flora. Consider upgrading this coach train ride to the Gourmet Lunch or Wine Express for an additional fee.
Day Four:
After breakfast at the inn, a Colorado Gold Country exploration is next on your itinerary. The Cripple Creek and Victor Narrow Gauge Railroad reveals scenic wonders around every curve as this century old steam locomotive transports you back to the gold mining days of Cripple Creek and Victor, Colorado. A scenic auto tour is also incorporated into this day's itinerary, additional route information is provided upon check-in.

A white water river expedition is next on your list of Colorado adventures, choose from one of the following whitewater excursions:

Paddle-n-Saddle: Combine a half day of white water rafting through scenic Bighorn Canyon with a riverside lunch and a two hour horseback ride through the scenic mountains surrounding the Arkansas River Valley.

Raft-n-Rail: Enjoy a half day of white water rafting on the Arkansas River followed by lunch served on the riverbank and a picturesque train ride through the world famous Royal Gorge.
Day Three:
After enjoying a full breakfast head off to the summit of Pikes Peak on the historic Cog Railway. Sit back and relax as the world's highest cog rail train takes you takes you on a scenic journey to the 14,110 foot summit of Pikes Peak and see for yourself why this mountain was the inspiration for "America the Beautiful".
Last but not least...following your excursion to the summit of "America's Mountain" you'll be pampered with a luxurious couples massage at a nearby local day spa with licensed massage therapists.
