Our first visit to Colorado and we could not have asked for a more perfect getaway. The cabin was larger than we expected, incredibly clean and cozy. The peaceful mountain setting and location was ideal for our vacation....we are already planning our return visit to the Cabin at Cascade!

Outdoor enthusiasts will also enjoy whitewater rafting through the Royal Gorge on the Arkansas River in nearby Canon City, Colorado. An absolute must is a journey to the 14,115 foot summit of Pikes Peak, the inspiration for “America the Beautiful”. Sit back and relax as you take in the spectacular scenery on the historic Pikes Peak Cog Railway, or for the more daring, drive the breathtaking Pikes Peak Highway. While staying at our unique Colorado cabin retreat, a wonderful alternative to hotel lodging, you’ll also want to explore other nearby attractions; such as the U.S. Air Force Academy, U.S. Olympic Training Center, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Seven Falls, Cave of the Winds, and Manitou Cliff Dwellings. Reservations are guaranteed with a 50% deposit due at the time of reservation payable by Visa, Master Card or Discover.
Cancellation Policy:
In the event of a change or cancellation, deposits will be refunded only if the reserved dates are re-booked less a $100.00 cancellation fee.
Guests are responsible for the entire amount of all dates reserved if a cancellation or change occurs within 60 days of arrival. Guests will be refunded any nights that are re-booked less a $100.00 cancellation fee.
The cabin is an entirely smoke-free property both inside and out. Pets are not allowed inside the cabin or anywhere on the cabin property.
The cabin can accommodate a maximum of five guests. Only overnight registered guests are allowed in the cabin at any time.
Meals and housekeeping services are not provided during the course of a guests stay. Housekeeping is provided in between guests stays. A housekeeping fee is not charged up front and will not be incurred if the kitchen is returned to the same clean condition it was in upon guest arrival. Housekeeping fee's begin at $50.00 per hour for additional cleaning, check-out procedures to avoid this fee are available and posted at the cabin.
Guests are responsible for damages, loss of use and associated fees if the policies are not adhered to which may ultimately result in the cancellation of the entire reservation without refund. Associated cleaning fees are addressed upon check-in and reviewed with guests.

- Please Note: The cabin thermostat is programmed to heat the interior to a maximum temperature of 71 degrees. Space heaters are provided for added comfort. Cascade, CO is at an elevation of 7,500 feet, please dress accordingly for cooler weather.

- $169-$199* for two guests, $10 each additional guest *(View online availability or call for current seasonal rate.)
- 5-person maximum, including children
- Minimum stay requirement during high travel season, 2 night minimum stay during low travel season
- Children age 5 years and older are welcome at the cabin. Infants to age 4, please inquire.
- Check-in 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm
- Check-out is 10:30 am, sorry but we are unable to accommodate early arrivals or late check outs.
- NON-SMOKING lodging facility
- NO PETS allowed in the cabin
- No fireworks / candle or incense burning allowed
- Cabin is open only to overnight guests listed within reservation
- Breakfast is NOT included at the cabin
