From I-25 in Colorado Springs, take Exit 141 (Hwy 24/Cimarron Street) west. |

Approximately 4 miles past Manitou Springs at the Pikes Peak Highway, turn right at the stoplight (Severy Avenue), immediately veer left onto Ute Pass Avenue and turn right onto Topeka Avenue. |

Follow to the second street and turn left onto Hagerman Avenue. Our rural mountain retreat is located at 4675 Hagerman Avenue on the right side of the street as you round the curve at the top of the hill. |

Parking is to the immediate right once you enter the first driveway. Proceed to the inn's front door for check in. The innkeepers invite you to begin your special, Colorado Rocky Mountain getaway at "A Southwestern Retreat in the Colorado Rockies". Welcome! |
