- Due to the limited number of guest rooms at the inn advance reservations are highly recommended to avoid disappointment.
Reservations are guaranteed with a deposit of one night (or) 50% of the entire stay, whichever is greater, due at time of reservation and is payable by Visa, Master Card, Discover or by personal check. If paying by check, payment must be received within 7 days of making the reservation and 30 days prior to arrival.
The remaining balance is due upon arrival and is payable by cash or credit card, sorry no personal checks.

- Cancellation policy for Individual Reservations:
(When only one guest room has been reserved)
Deposits are refundable less a $50 processing fee for reservations canceled with more than 30 days notice prior to the scheduled arrival date.
Guests are responsible for the total amount of room charges for reservations canceled in part or whole with less than 30 days notice prior to the scheduled arrival date. A refund will be issued less the $50 processing fee if the reserved room is re-booked for the reserved dates.
- Cancellation policy for Group Reservations:
(When two or more guest rooms have been reserved by guests traveling together)
Deposits are refundable less a $50 processing fee per room for reservations canceled in part or whole only if the reserved rooms are re-booked for the reserved dates.
Guests are responsible for the total remaining balance due of room charges for cancellations in part or whole that occur within 60 days of arrival. A refund will be issued less the $50 processing fee per room if the reserved rooms are re-booked for the reserved dates.

- Special Packages require advance notice to reserve. Payment is due at the time of reservation and is 100% non-refundable.

- Guest rooms accommodate a maximum of two guests per room. The inn, guest rooms and common areas are available for the use and enjoyment of overnight guests only.

- Minimum stay requirements may apply during seasonal and or holiday travel periods.

- Breakfast is included daily during your stay at The Inn at Cascade.
|
- Children 12 years of age and older are welcome at the inn.

- No pets are allowed at the inn or on the inn's property.

- No smoking, candle or incense burning allowed inside of the inn. Guests are responsible for additional cleaning fees and / or damages if any of the above policies are not adhered to.
